Eligibility Criteria:

1. For any experience of 1 year (non-aviation in service industry or aviation industry) +12 / +2 and Diploma is mandatory. If graduates, degree certificate is essential

2. Graduation is mandatory for freshers and degree certificates is required (Candidates with degree certificates only will be considered)

3. Candidates should not have any visible tattoos

4. Candidates must be flexible of working in rotational shifts including Night shifts

5. Aspirants of Ground staff only (Security / Customer Service / Ramp)

6. Right grooming is mandatory for the interview (Business Formal wear for male and female applicants)

7. Updated hard copy Resume with correct Mobile # & Email ID mentioned on it & a latest passport photo stapled to the resume.

8. Previous employment letters / experience certificates are required to be submitted and AEP surrender copy is mandatory for Aviation experience.

9. Passport or Police Verification Certificate issued on or after Jan 2024 is mandatory for documentation process.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Officer / Executive  – AO&CS in the role of Customer Service

 

Job purpose:

To carry out safe and secure on time operations in accordance with the ground operations manual and all applicable procedures.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Assist customers through all procedures related to arrivals & departures in the following activities.

Reservations & ticketing:

  • Making reservations across the counter
  • Selling of tickets.
  • Remitting cash to the concerned department.
  • Answering customer queries over the telephone.

Departures

  • Attend the pre – flight and post flight briefings.
  • Setting up of check in counters.
  • Screening of checked in baggage.
  • Maintain high quality of Check in procedures.
  • To assist customers with special requests.

Arrivals

  • To assist customers with special requests.
  • To assist customers with Mishandled / damaged baggage. Prepare all required reports for the same.
  • Co-ordination with the baggage vendor for the damaged bags.
  • Follow up with the en-route stations regarding lost baggage.

Post flight departure 

  • Filing of all necessary flight papers
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the management from time to time

 

Officer / Executive - AO&CS in the role of Ramp

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Confirm the ETA of the flight from OCC or System (Navitaire).
  • Take the bay no. from Apron and convey it to all the stations on R.T.
  • Ensure that you are at the bay D-20 mins with all the equipments required.
  • Note down the Touch down and Chocks and convey it on R.T.
  • Allign the ramp properly.
  • Make sure there are enough coaches available for deplaning the pax and take care that baggage should reach Arrival before the pax.
  • Check the cleaning and take the boarding clearance from the Cabin crew and announce it on R.T.
  • Make sure loading is done as per Loading Instruction Report given by the Load and Trim staff.
  • After departure make sure that all the equipments are sent back to the transport yard.
  •  Fill the ramp filling.
  • During the flight ensure everyone is smooth, safe and flight is on time.

Officer - AO&CS in the role of Catering

 

Job purpose:

To carry out safe, secure and on time operations in accordance with the ground operations of catering and achieve profitability through controls and measurements

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

 

  • Work closely with various employees of other departments in the same organization.
  • Implement innovative strategies for Operational efficiency, cost control & minimize wastage of food and beverages.
  • Monitor the performance of Catering Unit assigned to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting the desired targets.
  • Maintain Log books and various other reports viz: books of account. Menu planning, indenting and purchasing, Uplifts and Off Loads.
  • Build and maintain relations with the Catering Unit.
  • Implement marketing plans made by the organization for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility and implementing business plans/strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation.
  • Achieve increased sales and maximizing profit in assigned territory.
  • Interact with the Crew / Ground Staff to gather feedback regarding the products / utilities provided.
  • Progress study of various agendas like, Food Cost Charts, Cyclic Menus, Breakage Reports, etc
  • Responsible for weekly / monthly stock taking / handovers / store keeping
