                Any Assistant Manager with minimum 12 months of experience in current role. 

Job Description

Assistant Manager - Cabin Appearance 


Primary Responsibility
The position will be responsible for Cabin Grooming of the entire fleet and shall coordinate all related tasks with all Outsourced Agencies, various internal departments & existing stations / bases. .

To ensure 
•    That the Cabin Grooming is maintained as per IndiGo’s standards for the entire fleet of aircraft
•    That the Team / Agency responsible to carry out the Cabin Grooming adheres to the SOPs set
•    Strict Quality Checks through regular audits across the network
Focus
Manage on time completion of assigned projects as per the procedures set for Ground Operation.
Functional responsibilities
•    Coordinate with all stations / Cabin Grooming SPOCs / Airport Managers as per instructions from the DGM
•    Coordinate with all concerned departments & external / outsourced agencies to ensure that enough resources / materials are made available  for aircraft Grooming
•    All reports related to Cabin Grooming are maintained / updated and circulated to the concerned.    
•    Co-ordinate for any meetings with all outsourced agencies and vendors 
•    Keep / maintain / update records for all agencies / vendors engaged by IndiGo.  
•    Ensure that all SOPs as set in the contract by IndiGo are followed by all outsourced agencies / vendors involved in Cabin Grooming.
