Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze large datasets using statistical models and OR techniques to uncover trends in pricing, demand, and revenue.
•    Develop and implement predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory and pricing optimization, and revenue maximization.
•    Maintain and upgrade in-house revenue management systems, including algorithms, UI, and databases.
•    Lead large-scale RM projects and process automation initiatives.
•    Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
•    Conduct experiments and A/B tests to assess the impact of pricing and revenue strategies.
•    Continuously monitor and refine pricing and inventory strategies for profitability.
•    Stay updated with the latest data science tools and technologies to enhance revenue management.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales, and Finance to align strategies with business goals.
•    Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth and efficiency.
•    Innovate and develop new business ideas using ML and AI, and automate processes for departmental efficiency.
•    Provide data visualization solutions and maintain databases for efficient resource use.
Skills Required:
•    Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
•    Experience with GIT, GCP, BigQuery, PySpark, Docker, and Linux OS.
•    Strong logical reasoning, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing.
•    Project management and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
•    Effective communication and ability to understand customer requirements.
