Requirements

A minimum of a graduate degree, preferably with a background in Physics and Chemistry at the 10+2 level.
At least 10 years of experience in a relevant job function.
Completion of in-house DGR training for all functions as a trainee and passing the IATA DGR Instructor course.
Successful interview and viva assessment conducted by DGCA.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and compliance with DGCA regulations.
Willingness to relocate as per operational requirements.(Mandatory)
Training and Approval Process:

The training and approval process for these instructors is expected to take approximately six months and includes:
Completion of in-house DGR training for all functions as a trainee.
Passing the IATA DGR Instructor course.
Clearing an interview and viva assessment conducted by DGCA.
DGCA approval, which will finalize the recruitment.
Job Description:

Conduct specialized Dangerous Goods Training for designated functions within the organization (e.g., Ground Crew Customer Service, Ground Crew Security, Cabin Crew).
Develop and maintain training materials, including videos, demonstration materials, presentations, handouts, etc., ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
Prepare and update essential training documents such as the DGR training manual, exercises, handouts, question papers, registration forms, attendance sheets, course evaluation forms, and training certificates.
Maintain a complete and confidential record of training participants, including registration, attendance, category of training, examination results, and refresher training due dates.
Assess participants through written and skill assessments in a fair and consistent manner.
Coordinate with the Learning Support team for the timely submission of assessment results and the preparation and distribution of certificates to successful participants.
This position is transferable and requires the candidate to relocate as needed to cover DGR training at various regional ifly training centers of IndiGo and manage training programs effectively
