Job Description

• Analyze flight data to identify patterns and trends that can lead to improvements in crew productivity, fuel consumption, and scheduling.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to forecast operational needs and challenges.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to flight operations route efficiency, scheduling stability etc.
• Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI and SQL to present data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Flight Operations leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Assist in the development of business cases for operational initiatives based on data analysis.
• Analyze data to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary data and insights.
• Work closely with pilots, operations managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to understand operational needs and support initiatives with relevant insights.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making across the Flight Operations department.
• Identify opportunities to streamline flight operations processes through data-driven analysis.
• Implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Design and execute experiments to test operational strategies, utilizing advanced measurement techniques to evaluate their effectiveness.
