Job Description

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in poise, etiquette, makeup artistry, and image consulting, along with experience in facilitating transformative, high-impact training sessions. This role requires a proactive people manager with a track record in training and team mentorship, who can travel to multiple locations and deliver professional development programs designed to enhance employees' confidence, presence, and professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and Manage Training Programs: Oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of poise, etiquette, and image consulting training programs across multiple locations.
•    Manage and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistency, quality, and engagement across all sessions
•    Develop training schedules, travel plans, and resources to ensure programs are effectively delivered within the organization’s goals and timelines.
•    Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure successful program execution.
•    Provide high-level coaching and feedback to individual participants, helping them enhance confidence, presentation skills, and professional image.
•    Content Development & Improvement: Lead the creation and continuous enhancement of training materials, incorporating the latest trends and best practices in poise, makeup, and image consulting.
•    Program Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor training outcomes and maintain detailed records, providing insights and recommendations for program improvements.
•    Work closely with other departments to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:
•    At least 8-10 years of experience in a training or management role, with a focus on personal development, poise, etiquette, or image consulting.
•    Strong expertise in makeup application & hair techniques and image consulting. Certification in makeup artistry, image consulting, or related fields is a plus.
•    Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
•    Willingness and ability to travel extensively to deliver training programs and work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
•    Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
•    High standards of professionalism and personal presentation.
