Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Management professional to lead the development and optimization of B2B travel solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in crafting and managing corporate travel booking platforms, travel and expense management systems, and integrated booking solutions for visas, cabs, hotels, and more. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and a customer-centric approach to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B travel solutions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Solution Development:
- Drive end-to-end development of corporate travel booking platforms, including flights, hotels, cabs, visas, and expense management solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and external vendors, to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Engage with corporate clients to gather insights and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Stay updated on industry standards and compliance requirements to ensure solutions remain best-in-class.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance to ensure integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and payment gateways.
- Oversee architecture planning, ensuring robust and future-proof product frameworks.
- Product Performance & Optimization:
- Monitor product performance and user adoption, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead post-launch activities, including debugging, updates, and feature rollouts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on travel technology and B2B solutions.
- Proven track record in building and managing corporate travel platforms, including experience with travel and expense management tools.
- Strong understanding of integrations with GDS, OTAs, payment gateways, and third-party service providers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain in the travel domain.
- Experience working with multinational corporations and global travel requirements.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in corporate travel.
