Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional, within the financial services Loyalty business , to optimize and expand financial partnerships with IndiGo. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of financial partnership strategies, leading relationships with both IndiGo and financial partners , and ensuring alignment with Loyalty program objectives to achieve mutual growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of comprehensive financial partnership strategies that enhance member acquisitions , engagement, revenue generation, retention and overall partnership and portfolio effectiveness.
- Lead relationships with strategic financial partners, serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Execution of financial partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and conditions and maximizing mutual benefit.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, promotional activities, and joint initiatives with financial partners.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of financial partnerships for IndiGo. Example: member acquisitions, activations, engagements, incremental portfolio spends and driving incremental business growth.
- Analyze financial partnership performance data and product / market trends to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies , via influential and ROI driven data sheets, to enhance financial partnerships growth.
- Ability to influence closure , based on comprehensive reports and presentations on both IndiGo and financial partner performance, for executive review and strategic planning purposes.
- Lead the financial aspects of financial partnership initiatives, including budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring.
- Lead P/L management for the financial partnerships segment, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and strategic investment.
- Provide mentorship to the financial partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, analytics, and operations, to achieve partnership objectives and drive program success and tasks, in a timely manner
- Support a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the financial partnerships team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in partnership management, loyalty program management, or related fields, with a focus on financial partnerships.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic and financial partnership initiatives that drive business results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry or loyalty sector is highly desirable.
