Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional in Loyalty Partnerships to manage our loyalty program initiatives in optimizing and expanding partnerships for IndiGo BluChip Program. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of partnership strategies, managing relationships with both IndiGo and it's Program Partners, and ensuring alignment with program objectives to achieve mutual growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate, and execute partnerships with strategic non-airline partners to enhance the loyalty program's value proposition.
  • Establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for support.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive loyalty strategies tailored to each partner category (hotels, dining, retail, ecommerce, etc.).
  • Define short-term and long-term objectives and outline strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Innovate and introduce new initiatives, products, and services that enhance member engagement and drive revenue growth through non-airline partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, analytics) to align loyalty solutions with partner objectives and industry trends.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities with non-airline partners and internal stakeholders to maximize program visibility and effectiveness.
  • Leverage cross-functional expertise and resources to optimize program performance and enhance member experience across partner categories.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends within the loyalty and partner industries.
  • Monitor industry developments and consumer behavior to anticipate market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to develop targeted strategies that capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of loyalty programs with non-airline partners. Example: member acquisitions, member engagement, driving incremental earn and burn with partners.
  • Analyze program performance metrics, including member engagement, revenue generation, and partner satisfaction, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and manage the financial metrics of the non-airline partnerships vertical against approved business plans and budgets.
  • Ensure effective budget allocation across marketing, operations, and partnership initiatives to optimize ROI and financial performance.
  • Monitor revenue generation initiatives and P/L management for the non-airline partnerships segment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, provide mentorship and professional development opportunities, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in loyalty program management, partnership development, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing loyalty strategies that drive business growth and enhance partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving innovation in loyalty solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
