Job Summary:

We're presently hiring a Community Growth Manager. This individual will be responsible for building and growing communities owned by IndiGo, such as those focused on empowerment, sports, student interests, and first-time flyers, through partnerships, collaboration, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a plan for community development, growth, and engagement at IndiGo.
  • Planning various community-building projects and partnerships to enhance and broaden engagement within the community.
  • Initiating campaigns and discussions to maintain community involvement and activity, with the goal of strengthening relationships with the current community and establishing new ones.
  • Developing and coordinating content and communications with all team members for community-led campaigns and activations, including social media coverage on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Tracking and monitoring growth data, including total members, community growth rate, and engagement metrics such as total activations and active members, among others.
  • Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels.
  • Building relevant audience communities for IndiGo to engage and monetize.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of prior experience in Community Growth and Management.
  • A personable individual with the ability to empathize and build rapport with others easily.
  • Event management skills to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to generate impactful content.
