Job Summary 

The B2B Solution Architect is a full-lifecycle role that aligns customer value and outcomes throughout strategy, sales and delivery of a Digital solution. The role combines a deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with client business objectives. A key aspect of this role is ensuring customer success and driving significant business value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering programs and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and internal teams. Mastery of the various functional capabilities across the Sales/ B2B/  product set is essential. 

Role:

  • Drive transformative solutions that yield tangible business results for B2B Sales 
  • Collaborate with experts in  SPEED model (Strategy, Product, Experience, Engineering, Data) to craft and implement high value Salesforce solutions.
  • Interface with industry go-to-market teams, Industry Shelf Products for B2B technology solutions, clients, and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes. 
  • Provide thought leadership on new approaches, capabilities, and market trends. 
  • Facilitate work planning and estimation with solutions lead, project management, and delivery teams. 
  • Communicate effectively with a broad set of client stakeholders and globally distributed teams. 
  • Manage and coach people, nurturing aspiring architects and consultants. 
  • Specialized in Successful cross functional, interdepartmental collaboration to streamline process and digital solution cutting across 
  • Specialized to drive Development, delivery and execution team
  • Handling and collaboration with more than one delivery partners for execution 

Skill & Experience Required

  • 7 - 10 years of Digital solution delivery experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales/Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud and omnichannel solution delivery experience with adjacent capabilities (Data Cloud, Personalization, Field Service Lightning, B2B Commerce, CPQ, etc).  
  • System Architect, or Data Cloud certifications are encouraged. 
  • 5+ years of enterprise program management experience. 
  • 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in shaping and scoping large and complex projects. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of Enterprise Governance, ‘COEs’ & digital application development and delivery best practices. 
  • Understanding of key Execution and  deployment considerations such as data residency, CCPA, GDPR and increasingly hyper force. 
  • Functional understanding of the purpose and use-cases for technologies and frameworks that are key to effective solution design (i.e. front end development, integration, analytics, security). 
  • Qualification or work experiences in Sales / B2B domain

 

The role involves:

  • Contribute/Lead design and blueprinting sessions for IndiGo’s B2B Digital Transformation journey
  • Review and/or participate in solution build and test activities on Sales B2B Planning implementations rollouts, or upgrade projects
  • Reporting, MIS and Dashboards for Sales, B2B / agents and IngiGo
  • Experience in understanding technical details, functions of multiple applications/complex systems and their integration.
  • Designed and Implemented application / digital solutions for Sales 
  • Maintains a network with architects at the technology vendors to provide the latest thinking around industry trends and best practices.
  • Supports and influences the analysis, design and support of software solutions that meet business partner needs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in support of multiple projects at a time

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support Business process/ Requirements gathering/ Solution architecture workshop session 
  • Able to gather functional requirements and convert into technical designs
  • Ability to recommend best practices and optimized solution configurations in SAC, should have good understanding on Performance optimizations of application
  • Create HLSD High level solution design documents, Detailed design documents, assist in change management activities 
  • Work on development/maintenance of models, stories and procedures

Technical Experience Required: 

  • Should be proficient in Advanced Sales Digital Platforms available in market, expected to develop complex logics
  • Minimum 5 years of  hands-on experience in implementing planning solutions of high complexity and large scale.
  • Experience in translating business process requirements into digital solutions
  • Experience in architectural planning and development in the Application Solution product ecosystem
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management. Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical Skills
