Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities: Leads DWP vertical with 12+ yrs of experience ensuring professionalism and responsiveness, and that the right skillsets are in place. Identify areas of focus and techniques to improve service quality and reduce the overall number of tickets. Identify opportunities to optimize & automate environment. Establish strong working relationships across the business and within IT. Help the other IT teams identify opportunities to improve their service and reliability of systems. Establish and document policies and procedures relevant to the function. This Person will be responsible for leading the DWP vertical & handling a team of resources.
Key responsibilities and expectations for the position, which include:
•Leadership and Team Management: Leading and managing a team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of O365 services, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure a high level of expertise and efficiency1.
•O365 Implementation and Migration: Developing and executing strategies for the successful implementation and migration of O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated applications2.
•Solution Design and Architecture: Designing, reviewing, and optimizing O365 architecture to align with organizational goals, security requirements, and industry best practices3.
•Security and Compliance: Ensuring O365 environments adhere to security standards and compliance regulations, implementing and maintaining security measures4.
•End-User Training and Support: Developing and delivering training programs to end-users on O365 tools and applications, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting5.
•Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implementing monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address performance issues, optimizing O365 services for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness6.
•Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into O365 solutions, fostering communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders7.
•Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of O365 configurations, processes, and procedures, generating regular reports on system performance, usage, and compliance metrics.
•Audit & IT Compliance: Managing all IT and compliance audits for this domain.
•Candidate should have experience to manage and coordinate among multiple application production, Infra and Network teams
•Candidate should have good analytical skills in handling high severity issues
•Manage the compliance to Vendor contracting process (timely sign-off of contracts, etc.) in Respective zone to ensure preventing value leakage, and mitigate business interruption risk
•Defining and measuring OLA/SLA with internal and external clients
•Vendor Management
•Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports for Internal management
