Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. As a senior architect in the field with over 12+ years of experience, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our enterprise-wide technology strategy. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, information systems, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and communicate the organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business & Digital leadership to understand business needs and define technology roadmaps.
2. Architecture Governance:
- Improve and enforce architecture governance processes to maintain consistency and alignment with the overall strategy.
- Provide guidance on technology standards, best practices, and policies.
3. Enterprise-wide Integration:
- Design and oversee the implementation of integrated solutions that span across multiple business units and technology domains.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between different systems and platforms.
4. Technology Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance the organization's competitive advantage.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business leaders, and external partners.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide thought leadership.
6. Risk Management:
- Assess and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain security and privacy measures across the enterprise architecture.
7. Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of technology solutions.
8. Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with a team of architects and technical experts across various digital teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, microservices architecture, data architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
