Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure misconnecting passenger are adjusted on alternate flights
- Compilation of stats on weekly/by-weekly basis for mis-connection & present to the HOD.
- Prepare daily staff allocation and ensure staff requirements are met.
- Timely compilation of reports. Daily shift brief to staff on changes and any special operational update.
- Coordination with OCC and MOD at origin and hub station for connecting passengers to ensure minimal passenger disruption.
- Monitoring flight delay through AIMS, take timely decision on the basis of matrix in coordination with OCC, station APM / MOD. Check alternate flight with seat availability and OAL options through travel portals.
- Coordinate with Station Manager or MOD for any anticipated delay due connecting passengers through emails and calls. Check with OCC on crew FDTL, station limitations, etc, get the flights revised in coordination with station on the basis of decision matrix.
- Coordinate with OCC for same tail assignment.
- Coordinate bi-monthly meeting with team to enhance performance and coordination with stations.
- Coordinate with call center and outbound team for rebooking of guests in case of delay and cancellations.
- Close coordination with OCC, Departure & Hub Station & CR.
- Look after shift operation of centralized coordination cell functions.
- Liaise with Various Stations & Other inter Departments for Smooth functioning of Operations.
- Ensure seamless operation without compromising on OTP with minimum inconvenience to customer. (internal & external)
- Plan and Execute optimum Utilization of Resources
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Effective supervision and control of Coordination Cell operations.
- Hands on Experience on Excel/ Data management.
