Manager - Corporate Planning & Analysis

Job Description

1. Provide financial business partnership and decision support to various department stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights/visibility on business performance
2. Lead budgeting/forecasting/long term planning/target setting activity for departments
3. Deep understanding and experience in evaluation of investment decisions, setting up KPI in the area of Digital and Human resource is preferred 
4. Develop, analyze, interpret and present actual department performance vs. budgets (or targets) to various stakeholders, with ability to adapt messaging depending on the audience
5. Establish & define Key performance indicators (KPIs) (Business and financial metrics) and reports to manage and measure business performance. Adept at building management reports combining multiple data sources
6. Proactively and creatively seek out opportunities to generate cases out of business activities and evaluate or assess their financial & business impact
7. Help optimize existing reporting processes through automation
8. Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making
