Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated professional specializing in Loyalty Partnerships with Partner Airlines to support and assist in managing our loyalty program initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in executing partnership strategies, fostering relationships with partner airlines, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Assist in implementing and managing partnerships with strategic partner airlines, ensuring alignment with loyalty program objectives.
•    Support day-to-day communications and operational requirements between the IndiGo and partner airlines.
•    Execute partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
•    Prepare partnership performance metrics such as member engagement, revenue generation, and partner satisfaction.
•    Drive incremental earn, burn and member engagement with partner airlines
•    Work closely with the reporting manager and cross-functional teams to support partnership activities aligned with overall program strategies.
•    Coordinate marketing efforts, promotional activities, and joint initiatives with partner airlines to enhance program visibility and effectiveness.
•    Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to optimize partnership outcomes and drive program success.
•    Prepare regular reports and presentations on partnership performance for review and strategic planning purposes.
•    Support in analyzing data and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize partnership activities.
•    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, analytics, and operations, to achieve partnership objectives.
•    Contribute to maintaining a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the loyalty team.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, loyalty program management, or related fields, with exposure to airline partnerships preferred.
•    Demonstrated ability to support and contribute to successful partnerships and business outcomes.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
•    Effective communication skills with proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building.
•    Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
•    Prior experience in the airline industry or travel sector is advantageous.
