Manager - Treasury (Insurance)

Job Description

The resource would handle following insurance policies: Liability, Motor, Company Car, Assets and new age risk. His/her role would involve following activities:

1. Renewal: The resource would ensure that the information is provided by the respective department to the broker along with the terms required. The resource would negotiate the terms and conditions and the rate. The resource would provide approval emails to right stakeholders.
2. Claims handle: The resource would look at the claims in the domain.
3. Non AAF agreements: The resource would handle all Non AAF agreements like from Admin, AOCS, Digital, Procurement, Flight ops etc.  The resource would be responsible for all new location agreements
4. Cyber work: The person would be responsible for getting retainers, tabletop exercises done, improvement in cyber security based on cyber assessments done from time to time. The resource would get VAS in cyber domain. The resource would ensure cyber roadshows. The resource would ensure GDPR and DPA risk are covered.
5. D&O Claim process: The resource needs to form a process of D&O claim reporting.
6. International assets: The resource would get the international assets also covered.
7. Employee car insurance: The resource would ensure the end user gets insurance copy one week in advance of renewal. New car gets covered. The resource would support in getting RC mapped and in transfer of company car insurance. The resource would recover the money for cases exceeding the limits. In case of exit recover the outstanding amount.
8. Quarterly asset addition and audit.

• New location cash and asset insurance.
• New Products:  The resource would see marine insurance for engines, Parametrics solutions, etc.
• Payments: The resource would get the payment, CD payments. The resource would get the audit done, get invoice, RHL, policy copy. The resource would provide all CDs on monthly basis to payables team.
• Management PPTs: The resource would prepare the slides and data for the ppt. The resource would provide benchmarking on Cyber side. 
• Budget: The resource would make the budget and keep a track of it.
• Vendor code creation.
