Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large, complex development and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality deliverables, on-time completion, and adherence to budget while working closely with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully deliver projects with high-quality outcomes, on time and within budget.
  • Utilize IndiGo systems to create, track, report, and monitor projects, burn rates, and financial progress.
  • Proactively highlight potential overruns, escalate, and resolve financial issues promptly.
  • Prepare well-crafted Project Status Reports for stakeholders.
  • Forecast resource requirements across teams and assist Resource Management in proactive planning.
  • Accurately estimate and define project scope of work using appropriate methodologies such as WBS or User Stories.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, coordinating closely with team leads.
  • Manage multiple partners, internal and external customers to achieve optimal project outcomes.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through clear, timely, and proactive communication.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, focusing on effective solutions.
  • Present project information effectively via multiple channels, including team meetings and stakeholder presentations.
  • Motivate teams, foster enthusiasm, and drive performance excellence.

Role Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years managing large-scale development and enhancement projects with full budgetary and delivery responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in project estimation techniques, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and User Stories.
  • Proficiency in collaborative tools such as ServiceNow and MS Project.
  • Prior experience managing large-scale enterprise projects in a distributed delivery model using agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with multicultural, geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to deliver full project life cycles in both product and services environments.
