Senior Executive - Cargo Training

Job Description

1. Impart training: Cargo Acceptance, Cargo Handling, Cargo Tariffs, Warehouse Operations and ULD build up, ULD management, Smart Cargo.
2. Develop and maintain Cargo training program and manual in compliance with regulatory and global practices.
3. Ensure 100% staff trained in Basic Cargo (Initial and Recurrent), across the network at all times.
4. Promote understanding of the established policies and procedure of the Cargo operations.
5. Determine training needs; select most effective instructional methods; ensure training is delivered consistently and effectively at all locations.
6. Develop effective training material and training courses.
7. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and enhance existing programs.
8. Certified on CAT6 DGR and 05 years of experience in cargo operations.
