Senior Executive- Crew Planning Projects

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of all assigned task / projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for any software customization.
• Configure software modules according to business needs, including crew scheduling, training management, and automation workflows.
• Lead or assist in the implementation of CMS/any other software across different airline operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within crew operations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes effectively.
• Collaborate with other project teams and departments to ensure alignment of crew operations with organizational goals and initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of CMS software configurations, user guides, and project progress reports.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and accuracy of software functionalities.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to validate system functionality, identify issues, and ensure accuracy and reliability of crew planning processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to crew planning processes, system configurations, project plans, test results, and other relevant materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, or automation to enhance crew planning efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Successfully completion of all projects/ tasks assigned by Manager/ leadership.
