Job Description

Position Overview: As a Social Media Content Creator at IndiGo, you will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative content for our social media platforms to promote brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize, create, and distribute captivating content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop creative and compelling content for IndiGo's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  2. Create, ideate, direct and produce visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content to accompany social media posts.
  3. Be well versed in short form content creation, edits and shoots
  4. Monitor social media trends, conversations, and feedback to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
  5. Collaborate with the larger Marketing team to develop social media campaigns and initiatives that support brand objectives and marketing strategies.
  6. Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
  7. Analyze social media performance metrics and to plan content calendar
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and content creation.

  5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, and Creative, to achieve common goals and objectives.
  6. Adaptability and Agility: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and market dynamics in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  7. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content creation, editing, and proofreading to maintain high-quality standards.

Education & Experience 

  1. Minimum Graduation is required as a qualification.
  2. Minimum 2 years of Social media content creation is preferred
