Senior First Officer – A320 Fleet (Non-Type Rated – Military Background)
- Minimum Total Flight Time: 1500 hrs on transport category multi-engine jets OR transport category multi engine turbo prop OR Military Fighter/Trainer Jets.
- Glass Cockpit experience will be preferred.
- Maximum Age: 52 yrs as on date of application and an accident / incident free record at the time of application.
- Pilots must have current and valid DGCA ATPL, FRTO, RTR, Class 1 Medical, valid ratings and an accident / incident-free record at the time of application.
- Min. Total Flight Time: 1500hrs (Pilots with ATPL and NO civil experience)
- Pilot awaiting ATPL issuance can also apply, however they need to submit the copy of ATPL before the final selection.

- Simulator Assessment
- Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
- Psychometric Assessment
- Drug Test
