A320 Senior First Officer (Non Type Rated - Military Background)

 Senior First Officer – A320 Fleet (Non-Type Rated – Military Background)

• Minimum Total Flight Time: 1500 hrs on transport category multi-engine jets OR transport category multi engine turbo prop OR Military Fighter/Trainer Jets.
• Glass Cockpit experience will be preferred.
• Maximum Age: 52 yrs as on date of application and an accident / incident free record at the time of application.
• Pilots must have current and valid DGCA ATPL, FRTO, RTR, Class 1 Medical, valid ratings and an accident / incident-free record at the time of application.
• Min. Total Flight Time: 1500hrs (Pilots with ATPL and NO civil experience)
• Pilot awaiting ATPL issuance can also apply, however they need to submit the copy of ATPL before the final selection.

Assessment Stages:

1. Personal Interview (Technical + HR Behavioral)
2. Simulator Assessment
3. Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
4. Psychometric Assessment
5. Drug Test
